3. A2P Messaging and Consent

To ensure compliance with Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging regulations:

a. User Consent (Opt-In)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Toledo Group Solutions regarding appointment confirmations, testing updates, promotional offers, and other service-related information.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellation fees may apply if appointments are not canceled within 24 hours.

Toledo Group Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or delays in result processing due to lab partners or unforeseen circumstances.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
